HOW TO USE:

Take 1-2 tablets
Swallow with lukewarm water twice a day in the morning and evening
An hour after the meal.
Alternatively, as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.

INGREDIENTS:

Gokhru(Tribulus Terrestris):-It is an ayurvedic herb most commonly known for its immunity boosting, aphrodisiac, and rejuvenation properties.
Punarnava (Boerhavia diffusa):- Punarnava has powerful anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties, which is extremely beneficial in reducing joint and muscle pain, thereby reducing the chances of chronic autoimmune inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis.
Inderjao(Holarrhena pubescens):- It is a species of flowering plant in the family Apocynaceae. It is a beneficial herb for arthritis and gout sufferers.

NOTE:-

This product has no side effects because it is made entirely of herbal ingredients. 
Consult a physician for dosage instructions.
If it does not suit you, you can either reduce the dosage, increase your water intake, or discontinue it.
