• Rasna (Alpinia galanga): It is a plant in the ginger family that bears a rhizome used largely as an herb in Unani medicine and as a spice. It has a high antioxidant content and can help with inflammation and pain. 
• Inderjao (Holarrhena pubescens): It is a flowering plant species that belongs to the family Apocynaceae. This herb is also known to help with joint inflammation, pain, and stiffness. It is a beneficial herb for arthritis and gout sufferers.
• CCM (calcium citrate malate):calcium plays an important role in water solubility and offers highly bioavailable calcium.
